HOW TO ORDER:
When you have found something you like,select the desired size and click ' add to cart '. You can then keep shopping or go straight to the checkout. Registerng you'll need to tell us a few things about yourself as well as the address where your credit card is registered to and where you want your order to be delivered to ( if different ). Dont worry,all these details are completely secure!
CARD SECURITY:
The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card at the time when you place your order. It is imperitive that you type in the cardholder's name as it appears on the card and address as it shows on the statement.

Your card will only be debited when we are ready to dispatch your goods.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If the item you have chosen is unavailable you will be contacted via your e-mail address as soon as possible and given the option of an alternative product. If we are able to order the item from our suppliers you will be asked if this is acceptable and informed of any delay this may cause. Under no circumstances will payment be taken for items that are not in our immediate stock.
Please note that although stock is updated daily it is possible for items to sell out immediately before this is achieved. Very rarely this may result in a product or size option being displayed for a very short time although it is unavailable. This is impossible to avoid and is in no way an attempt to mislead customers.
RETURNS POLICY:( INTERNET ORDERS ONLY )
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,simply return it in it's original condition* within 14 days of receipt.We will issue you a full refund upon receipt and examination. If you require a different product you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or wrong item from us. It is important that you can fulfill the following criteria :
1. You have a valid reason for the return.
2. The product is returned in a saleable condition.
3. All the original packaging and tags are attached, within 14 days of purchase.
4. Before returning goods it is necessary to phone or contact via email as no goods can be accepted without quoting your original order number and a returns reference number supplied by a customer support representative.
*Note when trying on items of clothing,please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where their is evidence that these instuctions have not been followed.
Due to technical processes used,it is imperative that each individual garments' washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash- tested thoroughly and quality-control checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier.We will not resolve returned items that have been soiled*,torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.

In order to make a purchase with DAZED RETAILING, all customers will be required to register, by entering their personal details. By registering with DAZED RETAILING you agree to the terms and conditions laid out, of which this is part.
Details collected upon registration will include your name, e-mail address, postal address & telephone number.
