We are only able to offer standard delivery on orders being sent out to Europe. Orders will take approx 7 days to arrive. The charges are as follows:

The delivery charge will depend on the item we are sending and can only be detemined once we have your order. This means we will have to email you the cost of the postage before we proceed with the order.We hope this does not cause any inconvenience.


Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement if ordering for the first time. Subsequent orders can be sent to alternative addresses.DAZED RETAILING reserve the right to change this policy if fraudulent activity is suspected. Orders placed with mismatched card details/billing addresses will NOT be shipped and will be cancelled.

When ordering you must supply a valid daytime telephone number. We will only use this information in the event of problems with the dispatch/delivery of your order.

In the event that your parcel cannot be delivered to you,then you will receive 'We're holding an item of mail for you'. This shows the address and opening hours of the ' Royal Mail ' delivery office, so you can go and collect it.
 
We cannot be held responsible for you returning goods to us without a returns number; this number provides authority to return and identifies the returned item(s) to the customer order.

REFUND PROCESS:
Original postage cost will only be refunded if an item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent. If the faulty item is part of a multiple item order the original postage will not be refunded.
Postage is paid by the customer; when returning this to us please make sure your Certificate of Posting is stamped at the Post Office and all receipts confirming your order has been sent back to us are kept until you receive a refund confirmation email. We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your refund; if you have not heard from us within this time please contact us as you may need to claim this through the Royal Mail as lost mail.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please go to the 'Contact Us'  page to find the most convenient way you wish to notifty us by, so we can inform you on how to proceed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO SCRUTINISE EVERY ITEM FOR MARKS BEFORE IT LEAVES THE STORE!!! THIS MEANS WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY ITEMS BACK FOR THIS REASON.....

Orders below £50 to these destinations incur a delivery charge of £10.50.
